4 Reason Why You Should Switch to LED Lights

As a landlord, you cannot really afford to ignore LED lighting and especially inbouw LED spotjes.

This is because not only do they represent a substantial saving in financial terms, but they also look stylish and will last the test of time.

Next, look at the amount of watts needed to put out the same amount of light. An incandescent of 60 watts would need to be replaced with 10 watt bulb.

Then we factor in how many times the incandescent will need replacing to keep up with the LED, which is approximately 21 times (multiplied by the $1).

The cost of the electricity is obviously the next thing that we need to figure out. Assuming that it is $0.12 per k W h and then times that by the 25000 hours that the LED will be running for.

The incandescent will cost $180 and the LED $30 to run, at that rate.

Over a twenty three year lifespan, the incandescent total comes to $201 whereas the LED is a mere $38.

REDUCE YOUR MAINTENANCE

Because LEDs last longer than a regular bulb your inbouw spots LED could power on for up to 25000 hours!
